Valpolicella Superiore DOC - Fugolo Gianluca

Intense garnet red.

It presents itself as a wine with a dry, warm and enveloping flavour.

Pressing of dried grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C; maceration for 15 days.
Aging: 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and evolution of the wine in the bottle for 6 months.

Pumpkin risotto, red meat roasts and small game. It also goes well with fillet in crust, sliced beef and lamb chops
