Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG - Alma is produced with Glera grapes, native to the Valdobbiadene region. This area, known for its green hills and mild climate, offers ideal conditions for growing the Glera grape variety.

Organoleptic Characteristics

• Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
• Nose Notes of orange blossom, green apple and a light hint of yeast can be distinguished.
• Taste: Fresh, elegant and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity and a long persistence.
• Alcohol content: 11% vol.

Food Pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light appetizers, seafood and fish-based dishes. It is also an excellent companion for meals with friends and family.

Production Method

Production takes place through manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place in the bottle for at least 3 months, ensuring optimal maturation and constant quality.

Martinotti-Charmat method, refermentation and Co2 production take place in an autoclave. This process lasts approximately 30 days, towards the end of the sparkling process, by cooling the autoclave, the fermentation is stopped and the lees are precipitated to the bottom. We then proceed with bottling through sterilizing filtration or microfiltration and corking.
