Vine and Territory

Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is produced mainly with Sangiovese grapes, grown in the most suitable areas of Tuscany. The territory, characterized by clay and limestone soils, gives the wine a particular elegance and structure.

Production Method

The production follows traditional methods with a careful selection of grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a long aging in oak barrels. The result is a complex and harmonious wine.

Organoleptic Characteristics

• Color: ruby red with light garnet hues.
• Nose: on the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, spices and a light vanilla are appreciated.
• Taste: on the palate, it is dry, savoury and has a pleasant acidity and tannicity. The persistence is long and pleasant.
• Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Food Pairings

It is recommended to pair it with red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for important meals and special occasions.

Soft pressing of the grapes; the wine is fermented in stainless steel. Aging: French oak barriques for 18 months, in bottle for 6 months

On the nose it exudes intense, ripe fruit as well as hints of liquorice and plum syrup.

On the palate, the wine has the roundness and firmness that make it a pleasure to drink. The taste is elegant with a delicious pronounced minerality. The finish is long and persistent.
