Light pink.

On the palate it has a dry and harmonious flavour characterised by a light petiage.

The hand-picked grapes are vinified with the traditional technique for rosé wines. Light pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Light maceration for one night.
Petiage due to fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Ideal as an aperitif or on delicate cold cuts and cheeses and on fish-based second courses.
