Vine and Territory

Prosecco Extra Dry DOC - Alma is produced with Glera grapes, coming from the best production areas of Veneto. The territory, characterized by gentle hills and a mild climate, gives the wine a particular elegance and freshness.

Organoleptic Characteristics

• Color: clear and bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent.
• Nose: pleasant golden apple and grapefruit notes.
• Taste: soft and fresh, with a pleasant silky sensation
• Alcohol content: 11% vol.

Food Pairings

Prosecco Extra Dry DOC - Alma is a versatile wine that pairs well with various dishes. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also paired with light appetizers, fish dishes and salads. Its balanced sweetness also makes it an excellent companion for fruit and desserts.

Production and Refinement Method

The production takes place according to the Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in an autoclave to preserve the fresh and fruity characteristics of the wine. The refinement lasts for several months in the bottle, before being put on the market.

After harvesting, the grapes are lightly pressed and slowly fermented in steel tanks.
Finally, the refermentation in the autoclave (sparkling winemaking) follows the Charmat method.
