Vines and Territory
The Glera vine, native to the hilly areas of Veneto, finds in our territory the ideal conditions to express its full potential. The grapes grow in vineyards located in areas with optimal exposure, where the calcareous soil and mild climate favor a slow and constant maturation.
Organoleptic Characteristics
- Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The foam is fine and persistent, with a lively perlage that dances in the glass.
- Nose: Floral hints of acacia flowers and fruity notes of yellow apple create a unique and engaging olfactory experience.
- Taste: Fresh and pleasant, with a pleasant acidity that leaves the mouth clean and inviting for another sip.
- Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Food Pairings
This sparkling wine is an ideal companion for any special occasion. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light appetizers, seafood and fresh cheeses. In addition, its freshness makes it an excellent companion for more structured dishes such as risottos and light first courses.
Production Method
The production of Prosecco Brut DOC Alma follows a rigorous process of grape selection and vinification. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the resulting must is fermented at low temperatures to preserve the aromas. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave, where the wine matures for a few months before bottling. This long refinement process gives the wine its particular finesse and complexity.

Winemaking and Temperature
Winemaking and Temperature
Martinotti-Charmat method, refermentation and Co2 production take place in an autoclave. This process lasts approximately 30 days, towards the end of the sparkling process, by cooling the autoclave, the fermentation is stopped and the lees are precipitated to the bottom. We then proceed with bottling through sterilizing filtration or microfiltration and corking.
temperature: 6°-7°
