A Puglian red of great personality and depth, made from 100% Primitivo grown in the sun-drenched lands of Puglia using certified organic farming. Cantine Losito enhances this iconic grape variety with respect for the land, producing an enveloping, rich, and highly enjoyable wine.

Tasting notes

The nose offers intense aromas of blackberry, ripe cherry, plum, and delicate spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla. On the palate, it is warm, smooth, and well-structured, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish with notes of red fruit and cocoa.

Recommended pairings

Ideal with the great dishes of Puglian cuisine: roast lamb, braised meats, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with grilled red meat, pasta with wild boar ragù, and long-aged artisanal cured meats.
