Negroamaro di Puglia 2021 Organic - Cantine Losito

An Apulian red wine of great intensity and Mediterranean charm, born from the pure vinification of Negroamaro cultivated in the sunny lands of Puglia using certified organic farming. Cantine Losito enhances this native grape variety with respect for the territory, delivering an enveloping, deep, and very pleasant wine.

Tasting Notes

The nose presents intense aromas of black cherry, blueberry, ripe plum, and delicate balsamic notes of tobacco and sweet spices. On the palate, it is warm, full-bodied, and well-structured, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish with hints of dark fruit and liquorice.

Recommended Pairings

Ideal with rich dishes such as roast lamb, braised beef, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with grilled red meats, wild boar ragu pasta, and long-aged artisanal cured meats.
