A young and approachable Nebbiolo that expresses the elegance of Langhe's flagship grape in a more immediate and versatile version. Produced by Voerzio Martini, a historic winery in Barolo, this wine represents the perfect introduction to the world of Piedmontese Nebbiolo.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, it presents intense aromas of rose, cherry, raspberry, and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with fine and silky tannins, good structure, and a pleasant fruity persistence with floral returns.

Alcoholic fermentation with submerged cap in stainless steel tanks for 14-15 days at a controlled temperature. All post-fermentation operations take place in a nitrogen-protected environment to preserve aromas and color.
Aging: After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests in French oak tonneaux (500 L) for 6-8 months (60% new wood, 40% second passage), to enrich structure and complexity with a very light touch of wood.
