Langhe Bianco Viognier DOC is a high-quality white wine produced by Bosco Pierangelo in the municipality of La Morra in the Langhe.

• Colour: intense straw yellow.

Production method

The production takes place with the manual harvest of the grapes at the end of September. The grapes are then pressed and subjected to fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is then refined in the bottle for at least 6 months before being marketed.
