The peculiarity in the processing of these grapes is the relatively long maceration time, about 12-18 hours, which the grapes undergo before pressing. When working with aromatic varieties, this helps to preserve the aroma and flavor found in the grape skins. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Over the months, the wine is aged using bâtonnage. This makes the wine even more full-bodied and intense. The wine is bottled in 750 ml bottles with corks.
