A white wine from Puglia with great personality, made from 100% Fiano grown in the sun-drenched lands of Puglia using certified organic farming. Cantine Losito interprets this indigenous grape variety with respect and precision, producing a fresh, aromatic, and highly drinkable wine.

Tasting notes

The nose offers elegant aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and white peach, enriched by delicate notes of almond and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is savory and well-balanced, with a pleasant mineral vein and lively freshness. The finish is clean and persistent, with a slightly almond-like aftertaste typical of the grape variety.

Recommended pairings

Ideal with seafood appetizers, raw fish and fish carpaccio, pasta with seafood, grilled or baked fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses such as burrata and buffalo mozzarella. Also excellent with grilled vegetables and fried small fish.
