Barolo Boiolo

Grenade with delicate orange reflections, on the nose it presents hints of violet, raspberry and rhubarb.

In the mouth it is enveloping and elegant, with a good tannic texture.

Spontaneous fermentation, maceration for 30/40 days in steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for at least 24 months mainly in large oak barrels.

Red meats, Mature cheeses, Roasts, Game. It is recommended to decant this wine at least 2 hours before drinking.
