Technical characteristics

  • Vintage: 2023
  • Grape varietal: 100% Barbera
  • Aging: stainless steel and brief passage in wood

Winemaking and Temperature

Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with a submerged cap, lasting approximately 14–15 days with temperature and oxygenation control to extract color and aromas.
Must protection: After alcoholic fermentation, subsequent operations are carried out in a nitrogen-protected environment to preserve aromas and color.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barriques (60% new, 40% second passage) for approximately 6–8 months, imparting structure and pleasant woody aromatic notes without overpowering the fruit. This is followed by a period of blending in stainless steel before bottling.

temperature: 16° 18°
