Weingut Teutsch has been a family-run business for 3 generations. Grape processing began in the 1960s by Fritz Teutsch, who structured the winery to produce significant quantities of wine.
In 2002, after a break of about 10 years, the winery was rebuilt by Martin Teutsch, whose goal was to produce quality wines. The changes also extended to the vineyards, leading to a gradual decrease in yield per hectare, but significantly increasing the quality level of the wines produced.
Today, much is done to promote wine quality, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Since 2017, the business has been managed by Florian Teutsch together with his wife Rebekka.
