The estate extends over approximately 190 hectares, of which 13.5 are dedicated to vineyards, surrounded by botanical gardens, centuries-old olive trees, and almond groves. It is an intact agricultural landscape, where the vineyard coexists with the biodiversity of the Mediterranean scrub instead of replacing it. The regime is strictly organic, and cultivation practices remain manual and artisanal: pruning, canopy management, and harvesting are done by hand, vineyard by vineyard.
