A Puglian red of great intensity and Mediterranean charm, born from the pure vinification of Negroamaro cultivated in the sunny lands of Puglia from certified organic farming. Cantine Losito enhances this native grape variety with respect for the territory, yielding an enveloping, deep, and highly enjoyable wine.

Tasting Notes

The nose presents intense aromas of black cherry, blueberry, ripe plum, and delicate balsamic notes of tobacco and sweet spices. On the palate, it is warm, full-bodied, and well-structured, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish with returns of dark fruit and licorice.

Recommended Pairings

Ideal with rich dishes such as roast lamb, braised beef, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with grilled red meats, wild boar ragout pasta, and artisanal long-aged cured meats.
